A Dominican software and technology company, operating since 2013

We implement ERP and electronic invoicing, build custom software, apply artificial intelligence to document-heavy processes, and maintain the infrastructure all of it runs on.

CoreTech SRL is a Dominican company based in Santo Domingo. We work across six fronts that in practice overlap: Odoo ERP implementation, e-CF electronic invoicing certification with the DGII, custom software development, artificial intelligence applied to documents and processes, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Having the same team design the network, implement the ERP and build the systems running on top is what stops each vendor blaming the next when something breaks.

Who we are

We are a small technical team working directly with clients. There is no management layer between the person who understands the problem and the person who solves it: whoever gathers the requirement is the one who implements it.

That has a practical consequence: we say no when a project does not fit, and we propose the cheaper alternative when one exists. We would rather lose a large scope than deliver something that has to be rebuilt in two years.

Our mission

That Dominican companies run on technology that works every day: systems people understand, infrastructure that stays up, and processes that stop depending on manual work.

Our vision

To be the team a Dominican company calls when the problem is technical and it is not clear what kind: because we cover everything from the network to the ERP, and we say plainly where the problem actually is.

What we do

We implement and customise Odoo ERP with Dominican localisation, and guide companies through the technical process of implementation, integration and certification as electronic issuers with the DGII under Law 32-23.

We build business applications, portals, dashboards and custom integrations; we apply artificial intelligence and OCR to processes that today depend on reading and retyping documents; and we design, implement and secure the infrastructure — networks, servers, backups, VPN and cloud environments — that all of the above depends on.

How we work

We start by documenting the process as it actually happens, with the people who run it and not only with whoever approves the budget. Scope comes from that. Then we deliver in phases with reviewable versions, instead of accumulating months of work toward a single handover that no longer matches what was asked for.

When we finish, we hand over documentation of what was done and how it was configured. The goal is that the company can understand its own technology without depending on us to do it.

Our Team

The team combines full-stack engineering, ERP implementation, infrastructure and client support. It is a small team, and that is why the person handling your project is the one executing it.

A team that executes what it proposes

We do not subcontract the technical work. The person explaining the proposal is the one who later configures the server, writes the code, or handles the DGII rejection.

Our values

Saying what fits, not what sells

If your case is solved by configuring an existing product rather than building custom software, we say so even when the scope shrinks.

Delivering documented

What we implement is explained in writing: configuration, decisions and how to maintain it. No forced dependency on the vendor.

Precision about what we are

We do not publish certifications, partnerships or figures we cannot substantiate. If we do not have it, we do not claim it.

Support after handover

Most real problems show up in the first weeks of use, not on delivery day. That is where we stay close.

Contained scope

We prefer a short first phase that reaches production over an ambitious project that never leaves the document.

Why choose CoreTech

Because we cover the whole chain: network, servers, ERP, custom software and security. When something breaks there are not three vendors pointing at each other, and when two pieces have to integrate, we know both.

And because we are explicit about the limits. We are not an official Odoo Partner, we do not run offensive penetration tests or 24/7 monitoring, and we say so before it becomes a problem. We have operated in the Dominican Republic since 2013.

Who we support

Dominican companies that need to comply with the DGII, centralise an operation scattered across spreadsheets, build a system the market does not sell, automate processes that depend on reading documents by hand, or sustain infrastructure that daily invoicing relies on.
